    Volunteer Expression of Interest

    We appreciate that volunteers give their time and energy free of charge, and we want their experience of volunteering to be positive and rewarding. We also have a responsibility to our clients and others involved with the organisation to ensure that the volunteer contribution is of value. 

    It is the policy of RADSC that all volunteers shall be treated with respect and gratitude for their contribution.  

    • Volunteers shall carry out duties assigned by the RADSc General Manager.  
    • Volunteers will receive all necessary information prior to commencement to understand the role they are to fill. 
    • Volunteers are to receive induction before commencement. 
    • Volunteers have the same responsibility of abiding by Code of Conduct and Confidentiality policies as employees. 
    • Volunteers are required to hold a Positive Notice Blue Card and if volunteering on the Management Committee will require a Yellow Card – Disability Services Positive Exemption Notice Card.
